Doing Life is beautiful but also very challenging. So how do we make sure to take care of ourselves everyday so that we can deal with the challenges when they arise?

I like to do so by creating simple rituals. Here I share my morning ritual with two things I do habitually withouth even thinking too much about it. Hit Close on my iphone alarm, then spend the first five minutes of waking up to doing a constious three part breath excercise and repeating a mantra with with eyes still closed and hands on belly and heart:

Breath Ritual

Inhaling through the nose watching my belly expand, ribs expand, chest expand

Exhale through the mouth with a sigh, watching the wave of breath, travel back though the chest, the ribs, the belly.

Gratitute Ritual

Gratitute for all my blessings

May I be happy

May I be healthy

May I be free

May all beings be happy

May all beings be healthy

May all beings be free
