Hi.

I am a true Aries with a zest for this thing "WE CALL LIFE"  and finding ways to bring some wepa aka joy into my life and those I come into contact with.

MIND

Our Minds by default are either rehashing the past, the should’ves and could’ves or going to the other side of the pendelum thinking about the future - the long list of things we want to do or that list of things that need to be crossed of.

Taking a deep inhale - repeating Right here and then and long exhale repeating right now,

allows us to train our mind to stay focused in the present.

Hope this little excercise reminds you how important one mindful breath can be.
